Step 8: In the next step, you’ll be asked to Confirm Payment.
You can change payment amount or change payment details (notice the green arrows below).
If the information is correct, you’ll need
to complete a step called “Validate Authentication.” PeopleSoft
Self Service prompts you to validate your identity at this point
to ensure the security of your personal information. Step 9: In the final step of
the pay your tuition process, a screen will appear which will
verify that your payment has been accepted.
Note: During peak payment
times, you may receive either an error message or a pending
payment message that asks you to contact the system
administrator. Generally, these messages occur because the
system is processing a large number of requests and your request
is in line to be processed. Wait 24 hours and check your Posted
Payments to verify that your payment was applied. (In the
meantime, you can also verify that your payment is Pending by
going to the Payments tab.)
If you have paid all of your tuition and fees, we recommend viewing your confirmed payment (link to directions on check payments). If you’ve paid only a portion of your fees and are paying via more than one method (e.g. both a credit card and an e-check), you may need to choose Make Another Payment.
