Step 6: On the next screen, you’ll need to specify your payment details.

The information that you input should be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card.

First, fill in your first and last name.

Next, select your credit card type (Visa Card, Mastercard, or Discover Card) from the drop down menu, enter your card number and the card security value (the three digit number of the back of your card), and use the drop down menu to choose your card’s expiration month and year.

Finally, you’ll need to include some personal information. First, enter your telephone and email address.

Next, enter your address by choosing Edit Address (circled in purple in the example below). As a security measure, the address here should match the billing address that your credit card company has on file. You may receive an error message prompting you to re-enter your address if the address you enter does not match the address your credit card company has on file.

Next, review the Refund Policy Disclosure Statement.

Once you’ve read the statement, you must accept the refund policy by checking the box (circled below). Then, choose Next.

Step 7: On this screen, you determine and enter the amounts that you wish to pay for each of your charges.

After you’ve entered amounts, choose Calculate Grand Total. At the bottom of the screen, your calculated Payment Amount will appear along with any Outstanding Charges. If you need to, alter the payment amounts at the top of the screen and choose Calculate Grand Total again. When the Payment Amount is the amount you wish to pay, choose Next.
