Pay Your Tuition: Credit Card Directions

p. 1, 2, 3

Step 1: Log in to PeopleSoft Self Service and choose UHV Self Service.

Haven’t logged into PeopleSoft Self Service before? We suggest that you start by reading the directions on how to log in to PeopleSoft Self Service.

Step 2: Choose Student Financials in the Learner Services area. (The Student Financials icon may appear in a different location on your screen than in the example below.)

Step 3: Choose Charges Due. (Charges Due may appear in another location on your screen.)

Step 4:  Your charges due statement will appear on the next screen.

At the top of the page, you’ll see a summary of your charges by due date.

If you scroll down the page, you’ll see a more detailed list of charges.

If you applied for the installment payment plan, you will have more than one due date.
Make a note of when each installment is due and pay on time to avoid incurring late fees.

If you applied for an institutional loan, you will have a due date that’s 90 days after the first class day for the spring or fall and 30 days after the first class day for the summer. Again, make a note of when your loan is due to avoid incurring late fees.

Choose Make A Payment to pay your charges due (the following directions also work for making a payment on your installment payment plan, book loan, or institutional loan).

Step 5: You’ll need to select a payment method: Choose Credit Card. Then, choose Next.

Note that paying your charges due can include paying all of your tuition and fees (your entire balance) or making a payment on your installment payment plan, institutional loan, or book loan.
