WEBINARS
Welcome to our series of Lunch 'n Learn webinars. Each semester
we will put together some short, online sessions covering a variety
of topics to help you teach online and learn about new technologies.
We will invite faculty to be guest speakers to share their
experiences and best practices teaching online and bring you demos
of new tools and technologies that can be used in your courses.
We will be using Adobe Breeze Meeting to host these webinars. You
just need a web browser and the Flash Player to participate in these
sessions. Check our Breeze
Requirements page for details and downloading the Flash Player.
The hosts and guests will be broadcasting audio and/or video, so
you'll want your speakers connected and volume turned up. And, if
you want to jump in with your own audio, be sure to connect your
headset and microphone. Otherwise, you can still enjoy the session,
and you can use the text chat to communicate and ask questions.
To connect to any of the webinars, go to
http://breeze.uhv.edu/ltdlunch
and login with your UHV username and
password and wait for the meeting room to load.
