HELP DESK

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Information Technology Department Help Desk

  • Assist in installation of computer hardware & software

  • Troubleshoot problems with computer hardware & software

  • Experience required in the operation of PC-compatible computers

  • Macintosh experience helpful

MICROLAB (ITV)

  • Provide day-today operations support for micro labs

  • Assist students & faculty in use of equipment & software located in the labs

  • Experience required in the operation of PC compatible & Macintosh computers

WEB ASSISTANT

  • Provide day-to-day operations for web development

  • Assist webmaster in development of web sites

  • Experience required in HTML and web editing tools, Adobe Photoshop knowledge a plus
