PeopleSoft Accounts
PeopleSoft is the
software system used for the Financial and Human
Resources databases.
The Financial database consists of general ledger,
accounts payable, purchasing and reports. In order to
obtain access to the various financial applications,
you must have a PeopleSoft Financial System Operator
Id and be granted
access to the application. The links for the Financial
System request forms are on the
Finance and Administration Forms
web page. Send the completed
forms to the Finance Office.
The PeopleSoft HRMS system consists of human resources
and payroll. In order to obtain access to the HR
applications, you must have a PeopleSoft HRMS Operator
Id and be granted
the appropriate access to the application. To obtain
an HRMS Operator Id, an
PeopleSoft HRMS Operator Id Request form
must be completed and signed by the applicant’s Dean
or Department Head. Send the completed form to the
Human Resources Office.
