ADMIN Accounts and RARSTU/LaserFiche Access
ADMIN
accounts provides access to the computer system named ADMIN that
contains the Student Record database. The student information
inquiry application on ADMIN is called RARSTU. In order to obtain
access to RARSTU, an ADMIN account is required and
that account must be granted access to RARSTU. When RARSTU access
is granted, a LaserFiche account will also be created. LaserFiche
is the document imaging software that is used to store images of
student record documents and enables them to be viewed online.
To
obtain an ADMIN account, an
ADMIN Account Application must
be completed and signed by the applicant’s Dean or Department
Head. Send the completed form to Information Technology.
To
be granted access to RARSTU/LaserFiche, a
Request for On-Line
Access to Student Information must be completed and signed by
the applicant’s Dean or Department Head. Send the completed form
to the Office of Admissions and Records.
