About Help Desk
The Help Desk is generally your first stop when you have questions about campus computing. The Help Desk provides assistance in solving your computing problems and to help you make the most effective use of the computing resources available. Hardware, software and peripheral support is provided to university administration, faculty and staff. Students are only offered support for software related issues. Support is provided at the UH- Victoria, UH System at Sugarland, and Cinco Ranch campuses. This includes the Small Business Development Center location and Regional Outreach and Facilities buildings. Users in off-site locations, such as home offices, are provided support via the telephone. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, the computer will need to be delivered to the UHV campus or the nearest University of Houston site.
