Room Reservation Procedure


 


Step 1: Check Availability at UHV

Expand MS Outlook's Public Folders list –
(if the Public Folders list is not visible press Ctrl + 6)

  • collapse_icon Public Folders
    • collapse_iconAll Public Folders
      • collapse_iconCampus Calendars
      • Then select the building and room you would like to check on availability for.


Step 2: Decide what Room will be needed, when you would like it set up and if any special needs, i.e. training/instructions on the equipment will be needed.

Step 3: Fill out the necessary form and submit 72 hours before event.

Step 4: Show up 30 minutes early on the day of the event to go over setup.
