Step 1: Check Availability at UHV
Expand MS Outlook's Public Folders list –
(if the Public Folders list is not visible press Ctrl + 6)
Public Folders
- All Public Folders
- Campus Calendars

Then select the building and room you would like to check on availability for.

Then complete the Computer Lab Reservation Request form
