I understand that the above indicated license allows me to run this software on a home computer for work at my home.  I also understand that when requested by Information Technology or when I am no longer employed by UHV, I will remove this software from my home computer and delete all backup copies of the software. 

These licenses are made available to UHV employees through an annual site licensing agreement which must be renewed each year to remain in effect. If the University fails to renew this license, all recipients must remove the software from their home systems.
