How do I contact the Helpdesk?
Answer
If you have any needs concerning your computer, mouse, keyboard, monitor or peripherals, the Helpdesk can be reached at (361) 570-4399 (Ext. 4399 on campus). A Technician will answer your call and enter your service call or transfer you to a PC technician. If your need is urgent and you do not get an immediate answer at the Helpdesk, contact the Information Technology office at (361) 570-4390. You can also Email the Helpdesk here.
