Question
When I try to change my
password via the web, it says that the parameter is
incorrect?
Answer
On the Internet Service
Manager page, where you are prompted to enter a new
password, there is not a separate field for domain. In
order to specify the domain, you need to enter your
"Account" as:
uhv\your-username
Also, the new password must be a minimum of eight
characters, and you can not re-use your previous nine
passwords. |
