How do I contact the
HelpDesk?
Answer
If you have any needs
concerning your computer, mouse, keyboard, monitor or
peripherals, the HelpDesk can be reached at (361)
570-4399 (extension 399 on campus). A clerk will
answer your call and enter your service call or
transfer you to a PC technician. If your need is
urgent and you do not get an immediate answer at the
HelpDesk, contact the Information Technology office at
(361) 570-4390. You can also Email the
