Changing Your Address
Directions for Checking and/or Changing Your Address
Verifying that your address is correct ensures that you receive communications (including refund checks) from the university in a timely manner. Checking your address is easy and takes only four steps; changing your address takes four additional steps.
Step 1: Log in to MyUHV and choose UHV Self Service.

Step 2: Choose (click on) Campus Personal Information in the Learner Services area. (The Campus Personal Information icon may appear in a different location on your screen than in the example below.)

Step 3: Choose Addresses.

Step 4: A screen with your current address will appear.
If your address is correct, use the left hand navigation to leave the Campus Personal Information section of MyUHV or the Log Out link at the top right to leave MyUHV.
If your address is incorrect, choose Edit to change your address.
Note that your mailing address (Mail under Address Type) is where refund checks and other correspondence is sent. The student in the example below is editing his mailing address.

Step 5: Next, you will edit your address.
You can change your street, city, state, zip code and county in the spaces provided. You can also change your country.

When you’ve edited your address entry, choose OK.
Step 6: In this step, you’ll verify that the address you entered was correctly entered.
If the address was not entered correctly, choose Edit Address and correct your address.

You can also indicate that you wish this new address to be your permanent address and/or diploma address by checking the check box(es) (circled in red above).
Finally, choose Save.
Step 7: A confirmation message will appear indicating that your save was successful. Choose OK.
Step 8: The Addresses screen will reappear with your updated information.
Use the left hand navigation to leave the Campus Personal Information section of MyUHV Self Service or the Log Out link at the top right to leave MyUHV.
