Brown Bag Lunches
There are no "cookie-cutter" methods for teaching
online--methods and requirements vary by discipline, teaching
style, subject matter, and student make-up. But, often simple
tips and advice from someone experienced in online teaching
can greatly benefit the beginner. ISS will host brown bag
lunch sessions to facilitate information and idea sharing
among faculty teaching online. From time-to-time ISS will
also demonstrate new technology or spotlight existing tools
and their functionality.
One-on-One Instruction
Contact ISS to arrange a one-on-one training session for
any topic related to online course development--from help
with specific WebCT tools to course management strategies
to software tips. Let us know how we can assist you with training
to meet your specific needs.
