The Jeanne Clery Disclosure
of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act is
the landmark federal law, originally known as the Campus
Security Act, that requires colleges and universities across
the United States to disclose information about crime on and
around their campuses. Schools must publish an annual
Campus Crime and Security Report disclosing campus
security policies and three years of selected crime
statistics. To request a copy of the report submit an e-mail
to
campussafety@uhv.eduor call the UHV Campus
Safety and Risk Manager at (361) 570-4245.
