Learning Objectives

As a result of this course, students will

  2. be able to understand theories of effective change implementation.
  3. be able to understand organizational change diagnosis.
  4. be able to understand human resource development.
  5. be able to understand how to support new organizational behaviors.
  6. be able to understand the role of culture in change.
  7. be able to understand the role of leadership in change
