Learning Objectives

As a result of this course, students will

  1. 1. Comprehend and apply the strategic concepts of operations management that include the planning of resources, design of products and process selection in both manufacturing and service organizations. 2. Comprehend and apply project management concepts and techniques to identify and organize work flows. 3. Comprehend and analyze the importance of designing and planning a supply chain which will enable the organization to achieve its strategic goals. 4. Apply and analyze scheduling, execution and control of the supply chain to achieve organizational goals.
