Learning Objectives

As a result of this course, students will

  1. Understand and differentiate between common sense and research based theory related to organizational behavior and apply the knowledge and concepts to real life situations.
  2. Demonstrate an understanding of specific theories related to individual differences in learning, attitudes, values, motivation, group behaviors, leadership, human resources, and organizational change
  3. Demonstrate an understanding of the role of ethics and social responsibility in organizational behavior.
  4. Develop and enhance skills needed to work in teams.
