Learning Objectives
As a result of this course, students will
- Comprehend and apply the strategic concepts of operations management that include the planning of resources, design of products and process selection in both manufacturing and service organizations.
- Comprehend and apply project management concepts and techniques to identify and organize work flows.
- Comprehend and analyze the importance of designing and planning a supply chain which will enable the organization to achieve its strategic goals.
- Apply and analyze scheduling, execution and control of the supply chain to achieve organizational goals.
