Invitations & Regalia
The University of Houston-Victoria will conduct the commencement ceremony on May 10, 2008. The Victoria College Bookstore will have your graduation regalia available in the store on March 17, 2008.
There are 2 ways to purchase your graduation regalia:
- Visit The Victoria College Bookstore and try on gowns during posted store hours. Monday-Thursdays, 8:00 to 6:30, and Fridays, 8:00 to 2:00
- Visit The Victoria College website at http://www.victoriacollege.edu/graduationinformation and order online using our secure server.

History of the Commencement Ceremony and Academic RegaliaBachelor Regalia Package:
The Bachelor's package includes the black one-size-fits-all cap, black gown, and black tassel. No hood is needed for the bachelor's gown.
$22.99 + tax(8.25%) = $24.89 + shipping (optional) $9.95 = $34.84
Master Regalia Package:
The Master's package includes your black one-size-fits-all cap, black gown, black tassel, and colored hood.
The color of the hood depends on the degree you will be receiving. You should be aware that the black gown in the bachelor's
package is different than the black gown in the master's package
Your hood color is determined by the degree you will be receiving.
Blue hood is for Master of Education
Drab hood is for Master of Business
White hood is for Master of Arts
Gold hood is for Master of Science
