This notice is to provide employees, students and the public with information about monthly safety and security related incidents that occur on the University of Houston-Victoria, UHS @ Sugar Land, UHS @ Cinco Ranch, and Victoria College campuses. If you feel that life or property is threatened, always call 911 immediately.

DATE	CAMPUS	REPORTED INCIDENT
10/24/06	UHV	Sexual Advances - Unwelcome sexual advances and other verbal conduct of a sexual nature were made by an alleged harasser (visitor) toward a student worker in a hallway of the University West Building.
10/30/06	UHV	Vehicle Damage - While driving an Enterprise rental vehicle an employee struck a pole while exiting a parking garage causing damage to the driver’s side door and bed of vehicle.
10/31/06	UHV	Vehicle Accident - Student backed out of parking space in Parking Lot “Q” and hit another vehicle causing minor damage. No police report was filed.
Parking Summary	UHV	1 parking ticket and 1 warning ticket were issued in the month of October.
	UHS @ Sugar Land	No incidents to report for the month of October.
10/23/06	UHS @ Cinco Ranch	Visitor on campus was injured when she walked into a glass window she thought was an exit door to the classroom.
10/03/06	Victoria College	Disturbance at Library - non-student was escorted from the building
10/04/06	Victoria College	*Criminal Mischief in Lot “P”()** - student’s vehicle was keyed
10/05/06	Victoria College	*Criminal Mischief in Lot “L”()** - student’s vehicle was keyed on 10/04/06
10/06/06	Victoria College	Criminal Mischief *in Lot “L”() -** student’s vehicle was keyed on 10/04/06
10/09/06	Victoria College	Criminal Mischief at Student Center - graffiti was found on men’s bathroom walls
10/10/06	Victoria College	Disturbance at UHV/VC Library - argument between 2 non-students - Trespass Warnings issued
10/11/06	Victoria College	Theft at UHV/VC Library - bicycle parked outside of building reported missing
10/12/06	Victoria College	Assault at Language Bldg - student allegedly grabbed another student’s arm
10/24/06	Victoria College	Criminal Trespass at UHV/VC Library - juvenile violated criminal trespass warning – issued Juvenile Warning Notice
10/25/06	Victoria College	Loud Music Nuisance - student warned about loud music coming from vehicle
10/31/06	Victoria College	Suspicious Subject at Museum - student found sleeping beside building
Parking Summary	Victoria College	20 warning parking tickets, 285 administrative parking tickets and 1 Juvenile Warning Notice were issued in the month of October. Total Calls: 159

(*) Please Note: Parking Lot “L” is located south of the Victoria College Student Center/Bookstore and Parking Lot “P” is located south of the UHV University West Building.
