Dear Ms. Hamilos:

This shall serve as an informal letter of agreement between the University of Houston-Victoria and the Texas Rehabilitation Commission. Upon a student's presentation of an authorization form from the Commission during registration, the University shall accept the form as a commitment from the Commission for the payment of registration related tuition and non-refundable fees. General Property Deposit Fees, late fees, books, supplies, or financial stops (i.e. library fines, parking tickets) will be the responsibility of the student unless noted otherwise on the authorization form. Any refunds shall be refunded to the Commission according to the published tuition and fee schedule. The Commission will pay by warrant, which will be deposited to a local bank account. The dollar value of the agreement shall not exceed $25,000.

This agreement shall remain in effect until 8/31/98 unless cancelled in writing at a sooner date.
