SUBJECT: OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT
POLICY
For full-time staff, outside employment must not interfere nor
represent a conflict of interest with primary University of
Houston-Victoria duties. Exempt staff, particularly, must
disclose any outside employment to their supervisors, who are to
initiate necessary approval action for those situations covered
by law and University regulations. Faculty members should also
consult the Faculty Manual for reporting procedures of their
outside employment activities as required by law and University
regulations.
