Budget News

The roll-forward process has been completed for local cost centers. The available fund equity in each local cost center for FY04 has been brought forward to FY05 and budgeted on the Maintenance and Operations line.  The roll-forward amounts may  be checked by running a 1074 or 1063 report for period 2.

Please keep in mind that funds that were not justified in  August 2004 are subject to be pulled from the cost centers at a later date.  Please spend your budget accordingly.

In addition, funding for ledgers 2 and 3 on the general ledger side was completed at the end of November 2004.  These fund equity amounts will be reflected on the Monthly Verification Worksheets and the Balance Sheets.

If you have any questions or need any help, please contact Darlene Pullin, Budget Director.
