Facilities Services

The remodeled areas in University West are near completion and should be completed by May 31, 2004.   Moves into the remodeled areas has freed up some classrooms.   Facilities Services is moving classroom furniture back into the reclaimed classrooms in the University West building.

The landscape activities around the University West Addition have been delayed as a result of the rains, but are expected to start by middle May.  (We hope.)

A Facilities Services building at UHS@SL is scheduled for construction beginning May 10, 2004.   This building should be completed in 45 – 60 days (July 15, 2004).  The new landscaping at UHS@SL has really changed the entry and appearance of that campus.   Our thanks go to Darrell Bunch for having designed this landscaping.
