Accounts Payable

Delegated Departmental Purchases

Please note on your delegated departmental purchase invoices the delivery date of goods or services.  You can make this note by simply writing on the invoice "Date of Delivery:___________."

This will help with documentation backup for the delivery date on your voucher as required for the prompt payment law.

Procard vouchers

Remember if you do not make the deadline (25th of each month) for Bank of America Pro Card payments, you will need to do a Journal Voucher (6X) to correct the subcode and/or account number in the default account. If you have any questions, please contact Greg Fanelli at extension 820 or Debbie Jozwiak at extension 852.

Central Receiving

If you are expecting a delivery of time sensitive materials, please contact Michele at extension 834 to let her know.  This will save a delay in processing time of these packages.
