Purchasing Tidbits

ProCard use keeps growing as our needs keep expanding.  At present we have issued cards to 82 staff at UH-Victoria and Sugar Land.

Some quick tips for ProCard users:

1.  Keep a tax exemption form in your purse or wallet - some vendors require this to deduct the sales tax.   If you need a form, call us.

2.  If you encounter any problems while using your card, there is a 1-800 number on the back of your card for customer service.   If a transaction fails, call to ask the reason why your transaction was not processed.  Then contact Susie for further assistance.

3.  The ProCard manual is located on the web off of the Business Services homepage, click on Purchasing, then ProCard manual or visit http://www.uhv.edu/fin/purchasing/
