This Combined Campus Incident Log provides employees, students and the public with information about monthly safety and health, risk management, and security related incidents that occur on the University of Houston-Victoria, UHS @ Sugar Land, UHS @ Cinco Ranch, and Victoria College campuses. 12/16/06	UHV	Criminal Mischief - While patrolling the campus Security observed two boys throwing rock at the lights adjacent to the steps at the east side of the West Building.  As the officer approached the boys they fled on bicycles and crossed Ben Wilson Street. Glass was broken in one of the lights.
Parking Summary	UHV	0 parking tickets and 0 warning ticket were issued in the month of December.

12/01/06	Victoria College	Theft – Clock radio stolen from office in Johnson Hall
12/04/06	Victoria College	Disorderly Conduct – Student cursing and creating disturbance
12/05/06	Victoria College	Traffic Accident – Student struck a vehicle parked in lot
12/06/06	Victoria College	Suspicious Person – Report of person loitering in the UH/VC Library near men’s restroom.
12/08/06	Victoria College	Reckless Damage – Student recklessly damaged college property (broken glass door panel)
Parking Summary	Victoria College	20 warning parking tickets, 156 administrative parking tickets and 1 Class C Summons were issued in the month of December. Total Calls: 84

• Read the Campus Safety & Risk Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes. The next quarterly committee meeting (FY07 Meeting Schedule) is scheduled on February 20, 2007. You are welcome to attend the meeting;

 

• Students are reminded to check their campus assigned e-mail account at least once weekly for the latest safety and security related information. To access your student e-mail account, go to http://www.uhv.edu/it/student/login_tip.asp;

 

• Review the Campus Security Report. The annual Campus Security Report makes crime statistics and institutional safety and security policy information available to employees, students, and the public;

 

• Report allegations of fraud, waste or other regulatory compliance issues anonymously and confidentially from any computer or phone. Reports may be made either online by visiting My Safe Campus or by calling the toll-free number, 1-800-716-9007.
