Texas Penal Code 46.05(a), Prohibited Weapons: " (a) A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly possesses, manufactures, transports, repairs, or sells;
Texas Penal Code 46.03(a)(1), Places Weapons are Prohibited: "(a) A person commits an offense if, with a firearm, illegal knife, club, or prohibited weapon listed in Section 46.05(a), he intentionally knowingly, or recklessly goes:
Texas Revised Statutes, Article 4413 (29ee), License to carry a Concealed handgun, Section 32, Rights of Employers: "This article does not prevent or otherwise limit the right of a public or private employer to prohibit persons who are licensed under this article from carrying a concealed handgun on the premises of the business."
Texas Penal Code 46.03(f): "It is not a defense to prosecution…that the actor possessed a handgun and was licensed to carry a concealed handgun under Article 4413 (29ee), Revised Statutes.
