USVESA Membership Requirements

• Dues: None
• Must obtain a student membership to a professional organization such as
  • Texas State Teachers Association,
  • Association of Texas Professional Educators,
  • Texas Federation of Teachers,
  • or the Texas Classroom Teachers Association.
• Enrollment in the Teacher Education Program at UHV, Enrollment at a community college, or employment as a teacher and UHV alumni status
