The Student Success and Enrollment Management Department works to enhance the quality and diversity of the student body, improve student learning support resources, and increase student satisfaction, and build a strong student community.

We collaborate with others throughout the university to recruit a diverse student body, and improve student retention and graduation rates so that the University of Houston-Victoria remains the institution of choice for students throughout UHV’s service region.
