End of Course Evaluations

Frequently Asked Questions

How will I be notified when end of course evaluations are available?

Email notifications will be sent to your UHV student email when end of course evaluations are available each semester. These emails will come from Digital Measures on behalf of UHV. You will receive a notification when the evaluation period opens, as well as reminders during the evaluation period. The evaluation periods are also listed on the academic calendar (http://www.uhv.edu/oar/calendar.aspx).

How do I log-in to my UHV email?

Additional information about logging in to your UHV email is available through the IT: Student Services page (http://www.uhv.edu/it/student/login_tip.aspx). Information on this page can help you log in to your email for the first time, answer questions about student email, and help you reset your password.

I’ve forgotten the password for my student email account. How can I re-set it?

You can reset the password for your student email account by following the instructions (http://www.uhv.edu/it/student/forgot_pass.aspx) provided by the IT department. You may also contact the UHV help desk at 361.570.4399 or 1.877.970.4848, ext. 4399 or use UHV Password Self-Service (https://idhelp.uhv.edu/).

I’ve missed the evaluation period for this semester, what can I do?

Once the evaluation period has ended, the system cannot be re-opened for individual students or courses, so it is very important that you respond within the evaluation period. If you’ve missed that opportunity, you may provide feedback directly to the appropriate dean’s office.

I submitted an evaluation for the wrong course, how can I fix it?

The Digital Measures system provides students with a secure and anonymous way to submit feedback at the end of each semester. While those are important aspects of the system, it also means that we are unable to edit or delete individual student’s responses.
