Factors affecting the social/emotional development of children and how the arts impact the developmental process. Twelve field-based hours are included.

The study of children's play and its affect on children's social and emotional development in the early school learning environment. This course is designed specifically for students who seek Early Childhood-4^th Grade teacher certification without the field-based component.
