Welcome to WebCT Vista at UH-Victoria! WebCT is a tool that allows your Professor to make course materials available on the internet. Some of the things you can do in WebCT are:

  • Send email to other students in your class and to your instructor
  • Post and read messages from other students in the class and your instructor on the course bulletin board
  • Chat with other students and your instructor in the WebCT chatroom
  • Access your course syllabus and read lecture notes and lessons
  • Access links to other useful web sites
  • Take quizzes online
  • Check your grades
  • Post group projects
  • Create your own web page

Follow the steps below if you are a new online student.

  1. View the online course listing and textbooks.
  2. How to purchase your textbooks from home.
  3. How to purchase a student access code if required for your course.
  4. Register for your online course using the Web Registration.
  5. Click here for Vista tutorials, browser settings, and username/password information.
