Graduation Requirements
The Fourth-Year Bridge Strategic MBA program consists of 10 bridge courses, 12 required courses, and 4 electives chosen to satisfy one of six concentrations (accounting, finance, general business, international business, management, or marketing) for a total of 79 semester credit hours.
Satisfactory completion of these 79 semester credit hours and successful completion of course-embedded assessments, including the MBA Conference, are necessary for graduation. Maximum time for completion of the degree is seven years.
The quality of a student's work must be kept at a 3.0 grade point average or better throughout the program. Courses in which the quality of work is lower than "C" must be repeated, and no more than two "C"s may be applied toward the degree plan. Courses may be repeated to achieve higher grades; in cases where courses have been repeated, both course grades remain on the transcript, but only the latest grade counts toward the grade point average for the degree. If a student's GPA falls below 3.0, the student will be placed on academic probation. Students on academic probation will be informed by SBA of any conditions for removing the probationary status.
