An integrated approach to financial management including the study of intermediate-level financial theory and its application to financial decision making under uncertainty.

Introduction to construction and utlization of financial decision models using case study methods. Topics covered are: working capital management, capital budgeting, cost of capital, capital structure, dividend policy, valuation, risk-return, and other special topics of financial management.
