T. T. Selvarajan

Dr. Rajan Selvarajan is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Houston-Victoria. He received his PhD in Business Administration from Arizona State University. Before joining UHV, he worked as assistant professor in the College of Business at Northeastern State University in Oklahoma.

His research and teaching interests focus primarily on human resource management, organizational behavior and strategic management. His principal research interests include performance appraisal, managing ethical performance, strategic human resource management, cross cultural issues in management, and employee attitudes. His extensive research has appeared in prominent peer reviewed journals including Business Horizons, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Human Resource Development Quarterly, Personnel Review, and Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies.

Dr. Selvarajan currently serves as an editorial board member for the Journal of Business strategy and the Journal of Management Development. In addition, he has also served as ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Management, and Group and Organization Management. Dr. Selvarajan is a member of the Academy of Management.
