Navigation Basics:

After logging in to Blackboard, the first page you are going to see is My Courses page.

On the My Courses tab, the Course List and other channels including Campus Announcements, Personal Bookmarks, To Do List, etc. can be found. To enter a course, click its title.

Content Manager is a space to store and manage personal files. One thing to note is that the files saved in Content Manager do not belong to any specific courses.

My Settings is where to change the user password, edit personal profile including name and email address, and adjust various tool options.

On the My Settings page, there are three tabs: My Profile, My Tool Options, and My Roles. On the My Profile tab, select Edit Profile to edit your name and email address; select Change Password to change your password. To exit and return to the My Courses page, click My Courses tab on the top of the window.

On the My Tool Options tab, view and adjust the options of various WebCT tools. The options apply to all your WebCT courses. To exit and return to the My Courses page, click My Courses tab on the top of the window.

On the My Roles tab, view your role(s) in each session that you can access. To exit and return to My Courses page, click My Courses tab.
