The UH Main Campus has resolved the technical issue with the Blackboard Vista 8 system. The Blackboard system is once again available to all UHV faculty, adjuncts, staff, and students. No additional service interruptions are expected today.

The Blackboard system is currently unavailable to all UHV faculty, adjuncts, staff, and students. UH Main Campus technicians and analysts are investigating the issue and hope to have it resolved soon. Currently, there is no estimate as to when the issue will be resolved, so please check this website for additional updates. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The UH Main Campus has scheduled maintenance for the Blackboard system on the following dates and times. Adjuncts, faculty, staff, and students will not be able to access the Blackboard system from the https://learn.uh.edu/webct/ or http://www.uhv.edu/blackboard/ URLs during the maintenance periods indicated below.

The deadline for UHV Spring 2012 graduation applications is Friday, February 10, 2012

2. Choose UHV Self-Service.
3. Select Degree Progress/Graduation.
4. Select Apply for Graduation.

• The UHV Spring 2012 semester begins Tuesday, January 17, 2012.
• On Tuesday, January 17, 2012, UHV students will have access to their online courses, including their syllabus, handouts, notes, quizzes, assessments, and other online course information.
• If you have logged into the UHV Blackboard system before Tuesday, January 17, 2012, keep in mind you will not have access to Spring 2012 course information until the official class start date (Tuesday, January 17, 2012).
