Blackboard Help - 4 Easy Steps:
UHV students may complete the steps outlined below to perform a Blackboard check and confirm their PC, laptop, or Macintosh is compatible with the UHV Blackboard system. Review the Student's Quick-Reference Guide to Online Courses.- Run the Browser Check.
- Complete the Java Setup.
- Activate your account (confirm your UHV Student ID if you don't already know it) by reviewing and following the instructions on the Blackboard password page.
- Create password recovery information for your UHV Student ID on the UHV Password Self Service site (if not already created). Select the Setup Password Recovery Questions option. After creating password recovery information, you can reset your password via the UHV Password Self Service site should you forget your password at some point in the future.
Access to Blackboard online courses will be available beginnig the first day of class. Review the UHV Calendar for specific semester start dates.
