Non-Degree Seeking Students / Post-Baccalaureate

Students who wish to take courses from UHV to transfer to another university first should contact their advisor at the university they wish to transfer the credit to see how the credit will count toward their degree. The University of Houston-Victoria is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).

Non-degree / Post-Baccalaureate seeking students must file the following documents to confirm eligibility to take UHV courses.

Documents

1. Texas Common Application Form
   
   
2. Transcripts: Official Sealed Transcripts. Undergraduate students must have all transcripts including proof that they have met the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Requirement.
   
   
3. It is the students’ responsibility to check the transferability of their UHV coursework to their degree.
   
   
4. Students must have at least 30 hours of college work completed and a 2.0 GPA.
