In Writing About Literature (Englewood Cliffs: Prentice Hall, 1995), Edgar V. Roberts (__) presents students with a guide of topics for writing essays about literature in any genre (__). Students are always seeking ways to improve their own writing but are often lost when it comes to finding their way around a writing guide (__). The organization of Roberts’ guide clearly stands out as practical to students who appreciate its effective and logical structure (__).
