| Makeup Testing
Makeup testing will be done on an appointment basis
during testing hours; available hours will be posted monthly and can
be accessed online at http://www.uhv.edu/ac/testing/schedule.htm.
To submit the makeup exam, please follow the steps
below:
- Fill out a paper version of the Test Referral Form. These are
available at the Academic Center (University West, Suite 129) or
online (pdf).
- Submit exam and the test referral form by dropping off both in
the Academic Center or placing in interoffice mail.
- Instruct students to contact the Academic Center (361) 570-4288
to schedule an appointment to take the makeup exam.
Students will need to
- Contact the Academic Center to schedule an appointment for the
makeup exam (361) 570-4288.
- Arrive promptly on the appropriate date and time. (Since students
taking makeup exams may be included in rooms with other students
taking exams, all students must arrive on time.)
Students are responsible for making sure we have their exam
prior to the test session.
Exams will be placed in a secure location until the student arrives
for the exam. At that time, the student’s identification will
be checked and the exam administered per instructions provided on
the test referral form. Proctors closely monitor students and will
follow any special instructions an instructor may give them; however,
they will not help students interpret any portion of the exam. Special
instructions may be indicated on the test referral form.
