The Academic Center staff proctors correspondence exams. We work closely with other institutions to ensure that students fulfill all testing requirements.
The quickest way to schedule an exam or to receive information about the correspondence test is by email essec@uhv.edu. Students should allow at least five business days for the exam to arrive to the proctor. Students may contact the proctor to determine if the exam has arrived and to schedule an appointment to take the exam. Exams are proctored by appointment only, so students must schedule an appointment time to take the exam. Appointment times may be viewed online and include day, evening, and some weekend appointment times. To see the testing calendar, please click on the link above at the right "Testing Schedule'.
If an exam has not been delivered to UHV within 14 days, students will need to contact the university providing the correspondence course and have the appropriate personnel contact Christy Esse.
