Researching at UHV Workshop Feedback Form

Dear UHV Student,

This semester you were asked or encouraged to complete all or part of the Researching at UHV Workshop.  We would appreciate your feedback on the workshop so that we can revise and improve it.

The feedback form is composed of five open-ended questions and is completely anonymous–so you can be completely honest about what you found useful and what you didn’t find useful within the workshop.

First, tell us which class you were asked to use the workshop in.

The Researching at UHV Workshop was composed of five modules: Define Your Topic, Design Your Search Strategy, Locate & Retrieve Information, Evaluate Information, and Use & Cite Information Correctly.

Which modules did you use?

Which modules did you find most useful?  Why?

Which modules did you not use?

Which modules did you find least useful? Why?

Was there any information that you would have liked to see that wasn't part of the presentation? or What kind of information would you like to see next?
