Services and Programs Offered by the Office of Training and Development:

Stepping up to Supervisor Program

The UHV Training and Development offers this eight-session program designed to enhance the skills of emerging or new supervisors and managers.

This program is an incredible learning experience! Participants will enjoy interactive sessions on personal effectiveness, communication and active listening, planning and goal setting, performance assessment, conflict resolution, and more.

Continuing Education

Continuing Education Program Coordination – The Office of Training and Continuing Education is available to help coordinate any continuing education event your department or organization would like to offer. Our staff is available to answer any questions you may have about our continuing education services.

Continuing Education for Credits

CEU Only Programs – The UHV Training and Development is available to provide Continuing Education Units (CEU's) for any educational or training event being offered by your department or organization. All non-credit courses, workshops, and seminars for which CEU's are provided must adhere to established criteria.
