Departments with State accounts delegated Purchasing authority up to $5,000 providing the item is not on State Contract
When using local or state accounts vendors must be in good standing with the State of Texas or the University cannot enter into an order with them, regardless of dollar amount.
All departments have a responsibility to make a good faith effort to meet state and university hub goals.
