LEAD and Student Recruitment
Commmunity
LEAD and Student Recruitment staff function in various ways to assist adults in the work force to attain university degrees. We partner with area businesses to identify workers who could return to school while working, and to establish incentive programs, scholarship programs, and opportunities for employees to advance at work through increased educational attainment. Our staff members can help prospective students navigate the admissions process, confer with advisors to establish degree plans, and make applications for scholarships, grants, and loans. More university degrees equates to a more qualified workforce and a more vital, vibrant community
